A message dated October 8 was received stating the Governor read the                                                            
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(FSH)                                                                                  
     Opposing the United States Food and Drug Administration's                                                                  
     approval of AquaBounty AquAdvantage genetically engineered                                                                 
     salmon; and urging the United States Congress to enact legislation                                                         
     that requires prominently labeling genetically engineered salmon                                                           
     and salmon products with the words "Genetically Modified" on
